Peter was more than I expected from a spam call. From the initial first appointment to the closing of both properties, the communication was more than I expected. The small details are what mattered most to me, from the winter storm leak (three days before inspection) to the actual signing Peter was there as a professional but honestly, it felt like he was family. Two days after his aggressive marketing plan, the showings began and a contract was secured two days later. I stress that Peter did not come into my house an attempt to get me to stage anything, he told my house at face value and asked what I was needing and completed his job. When all closing were completed, he did not gift me but instead gifted my four pups more than I can imagine. He is truly a gentleman and a professional who knows his profession very. I would highly recommend as you will not be disappointed.
